Digital Art Downloads

• No Refunds: All digital art purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, I do not offer refunds once a file has been successfully downloaded.

Custom Digital Art

• Price Variation: Custom art pricing is determined by the complexity and specific requirements of each unique piece.
• All Sales Final: All custom digital art sales are final and non-refundable.

Apparel

• Defective Items Only: Returns are accepted only for apparel items with manufacturing defects. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as incorrect size, fit issues, or change of mind. Please carefully consult the sizing chart before placing your order.
• Reporting Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any manufacturing defects and initiate a return for a full refund.
• After 14 Days: Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 14-day reporting window has passed.

• Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and the defect confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.
